As dietary supplements, take the following products as directed below, or as directed by your health care provider.

Garden of Plenty®

Start with 1/4 scoop (enclosed) (1 Tablespoon) and gradually build, over one week, to a full scoop (4 Tbl.) daily. For super nutrition, take twice daily, morning and evening (evening serving can be done anytime from late afternoon to bedtime). Mix or blend with your favorite fruit juice or purified water. May add fruit and ice to create a delicious tasting smoothie. Blend on high until homogeneous.

As A Multi-Superfood Protein Shake

Mix or blend one level scoop (4 Tablespoons) of Garden of Plenty and either one scoop of Total Trim™ Shake, or Total Trim Vegan Protein or Total Trim Whey Protein in a large glass of purified water, almond, hemp, hazelnut or soy milk. May add ice to thicken. Use this superfood protein shake with Dr. Bo’s Trim Pak™.
