The Sacha Inchi (Plukenetia volubilis linneo) plant is indigenous to the Peruvian Amazon Forest, and produces small nuts that are extremely rich in high quality, nutritious vegetable oil. Sacha Inchi oil was awarded the gold medal for excellent organoleptic qualities at the World Edible Oils competition in Paris, in 2004.

Sacha Inchi oil is valued as a nutritional supplement because it contains a high concentration of polyunsaturated fatty acids, making it an excellent source of Omega 3 (alpha linolenic acid) and Omega 6 (linoleic acid). It contains antioxidants Vitamin A and Vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol) and is high in protein, and rich in essential and non-essential amino acids that are important for good healthy hair and scalp. All of Dr. Bo's Spa Collection hair care products contain the weightless, non-greasy Sacha Inchi Oil derived from the Sacha Inchi plant.

Sacha Inchi oil, due to its high content of Omega 3, 6 & 9, Vitamins A and, with the characteristic of being liposoluble, has the following cosmeceutical properties:

StimuCap is an innovative cosmetic ingredient, formed by the balanced association of two functional compounds: CLA Glutathione and Sodium DNA. This blend is based on the complementary actions of these two active substances. A series of instrumental and objective evaluations have been carried out on volunteers, suffering from alopecia and telogen effluvium, in order to experimentally determine the anti-hair loss potential of StimuCap. Pull tests show that StimuCap based lotion increases by 40% the hair fiber's resistance, against the more modest increase of 17.6% of Control lotion. Moreover, scalp wash tests show a significant reduction of hair loss.

Pump desired amount of Revitalizing shampoo, lather and rinse.

Revitalizing Conditioner

Pump desired amount of Revitalizing Conditioner and apply to the hair shaft and ends. Comb through hair with wide tooth comb and leave on the hair for at least 1 minute if desired, for deep conditioning leave on hair for 3-5 minutes.
