Why do I need Garden of Plenty®?
Garden of Plenty offers you a simple way to receive more than your essential daily nutritional requirements plus a large dosage of many superfoods providing the body with an easily absorbed, well- balanced source of concentrated total nutrition that is often lacking in the average diet.
How often should I take Garden of Plenty?
Once a day will give you your essential daily requirement, but for therapeutic or super nutrition twice a day is even better. Most clients do it as a fruit smoothie in the morning and a protein shake in the afternoon or evening.
What is the age range can take Garden of Plenty?
Children 2 years old to adult. For children less than 2 years of age consult with your healthcare practitioner.
What is the amount that each age range can take?
- Age 2-4: Start with 1 teaspoon and build to 2 teaspoons.
- Age 4-6: Start with 1 teaspoon and build to 1 tablespoon (1/4 scoop).
- Age 6-10: Start with 1 teaspoon and build to 2 tablespoons (1/2 scoop).
- Age 10-12: Start with 1 teaspoon and build to 3 tablespoons (3/4 scoop).
- Age 13-Adult: Start with 1/4 scoop (1 tablespoon) for 2 days, then 1/2 scoop for 2 days, then 3/4 scoop for 2 days, then a full scoop thereafter.
(Whenever you introduce new foods to the body, your body has to build new bacteria to digest the new food groups. So always start gradually and build up to a full serving. This will make for an easy transition).
One serving daily will give you the daily requirements, but for therapeutic or super nutrition a second serving can be added in the afternoon or evening for all age groups.

What do I mix Garden of Plenty with?
You can mix it in water, fruit juice, almond, soy, or rice milk. Some people love it in water and others hate it in water. Most people like to mix it with water, juice, and fruit (frozen or fresh) and blend it to make a delicious smoothie. Also they like to mix it with water, almond or soy milk and protein powder to make a powerful protein shake.
Do I have to use a blender to take Garden of Plenty?
No. You can mix it with your favorite beverage and stir or shake it up and drink. Some clients prefer blending it but it will work either way.
Can I take more than one serving?
Yes. Usually you take one shake in the morning and one shake in the afternoon, evening or bedtime. Some clients prefer to split one serving and do half scoop in the morning and a half of scoop in the afternoon or evening.
Can Garden of Plenty be used as a meal replacement?
Yes. Garden of Plenty is a complete meal replacement especially when combined with fruit as a smoothie or with one of Dr. Bo’s protein powders as a protein shake. Many clients have said they are very satisfied with just Garden of Plenty in water, juice, rice, soy or almond milk. Try it different ways and see how it works for you.
What should I feel after taking Garden of Plenty?
: Clients usually say they feel fantastic. They claim they have great energy, focus, endurance, good elimination, and an overall sense of well beingness as well as good hair, nails and glowing skin.
Will I get bloated from taking Garden of Plenty?
Usually you do not get bloated. Garden of Plenty helps establish and maintain good and complete evacuation, eliminating bloating and creating a nice empty feeling. Exception is when one has not cleansed and has some excess fecal build up, Garden of Plenty will need to soften and break this matter up which may cause some bloating at first until this fecal material is released.
Will I put on weight from taking Garden of Plenty?

What are the side effects of taking Garden of Plenty?
Usually there are none. Most clients feel fabulous after taking Garden of Plenty. They claim they have more energy, endurance, mental focus and overall well beingness. If you are toxic or constipated, you may feel some nausea for a short time while the Garden of Plenty tries to cleanse you. After that is accomplished you should feel fine.
When should I notice changes after starting Garden of Plenty?
Usually clients feel some beginning changes during the first week. At least some pretty good changes by the end of the first month. After a few months you should definitely feel some significant improvements. It depends on what else you are doing. Are you cleansing, are you eating well and cutting out the junk foods, are you still drinking coffee and sodas, are you exercising and drinking a lot of water? All of this comes into play. You are what you consume. The better you treat yourself the better you will feel. But regardless of what you do, Garden of Plenty should help you feel and perform much better within.
Can I take Garden of Plenty while I'm pregnant?
Yes. It is highly recommended to take Garden of Plenty throughout the entire pregnancy to give super nourishment to both the mother and the baby.
Can I take Garden of Plenty with my medications?
We have found that people have been able to take Garden of Plenty with their medications without any trouble. It is just good wholesome nutrition. But if you are taking any unusual or special medication or have any uneasiness at all, always check with your personal healthcare practitioner first.
Will I have more bowel movements?
Even though Garden of Plenty is not specific for bowel movements, one of its benefits is it provides bulk for the diet and may help establish and maintain normal intestinal regularity. If you do not establish good regularity or are constipated, try adding Dr. Wagner’s Colon Magic to your program.
What does Garden of Plenty taste like?
Everyone has a different taste bud. Most of my clients say it has a nutty fruit like taste and most do like it. Some like it in water, some like it with fruit juice, and some like it with almond or soy milk. One client may like it in one juice and the next client hates it in that juice but loves it in another juice or almond or soy milk. Try different beverages and find the ones you like. Garden of Plenty is so versatile everyone discovers their own favorite versions.
Can I give Garden of Plenty to my dog or cat?
Yes. It is very nourishing for your pets also. For small animals give them ¼ to ½ of a scoop and large animals give them ¾ to a full scoop. Always start off with 1 teaspoon first and gradually build to their desired serving. Put it in their water, milk or blend it with their food. Experiment and find the way they like it best.
