Orders are mostly delivered via UPS. Health Partner Saunas are delivered by a freight company. Please see the shipping section in our Terms and Conditions for more info.

What is your refund or exchange policy?

Return Policy Terms and Conditions

In order to return an item, you must first call us at (844) 910-DRBO (3726). At DrBo.com we want you to be completely happy and satisfied with your purchase. We believe strongly in our products and their quality. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange any unopened merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date, you must have a valid receipt, invoice or order number dated within 30 days or less from the original purchase date, then you will receive a full refund less shipping. Please include the original packing slip and indicate the reason for the return. All purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card that the merchandise was purchased.

If exchanging a product the customer is responsible for paying any difference in value between the exchanged product(s). Any difference owed by DrBo.com will be issued in the form of a Store Credit. The customer will also be responsible for paying the postage fee to resend the product.
