There are seven health formulas in Body Magic:

Will I have too many bowel movements taking Body Magic?

No. Body Magic is very gentle and will not cause excessive bowel movements.

What are the side effects or feelings I might experience while taking Body Magic?

We are required to post on our labels and literature the possible effects you might experience from the ingredients in Body Magic. The effects with Body Magic are very mild and probably not noticeable, but are necessary to correct the problems most people are experiencing.
